FedEx Delivery Driver – Full-Time & Part-Time
Jodie's Transport, Inc. is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers in Murfreesboro, TN.
Pay: $170 per day
Weekend Pay: $190 per day
Schedule: 2–6 days per week | 6–8 hours per day
Start Time: 8:00 AM
No CDL Required
Drivers operate out of the Murfreesboro FedEx terminal and deliver packages to local homes and businesses using company-provided step vans.

Compensation & Benefits
- $170 per day
- Additional $20 per day for weekend shifts
- $600 sign-on bonus for eligible weekend drivers, paid after 60 days

Schedule
- 8:00 AM start time
- Typically 6–8 hours per day
- Work 2–6 days per week

Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- F endorsement required on your driver's license unless you have a CDL
- Verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years
- Acceptable experience may include delivery driving, military driving, landscaping, route driving, or other work involving regular vehicle operation
- Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record and criminal background
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a DOT medical/physical examination
- Must pass a drug test, including THC and CBD
- Drug test and DOT physical are paid for by the employer
- Must be physically able to repeatedly get in and out of the vehicle throughout the route
- Must be able to move packages weighing up to 150 lbs using a dolly
- Must be dependable and have strong attendance
Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Arrive at the terminal at the scheduled start time
- Load and organize packages for your route
- Safely operate a company-provided step van
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Scan and properly record packages
- Follow assigned delivery routes and safety procedures
- Provide professional customer service
- Complete all assigned deliveries
