American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Statesboro, GA, requiring 2+ years of experience and at least 2 completed travel assignments.

Emergency Department (ED) setting in a hospital with 29 beds plus 8 hallway beds
-
Mid shift: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM
-
Patient ratio of 1:4
-
No on-call or floating required
-
Cerner EMR (experience preferred)
-
13-week contract
-
Active GA or Compact RN license required
-
Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience required
-
At least 2 prior travel assignments successfully completed required

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ESI Level 5 training
-
TNCC certification preferred
-
Cerner EMR experience preferred
-
Valid driver's license required
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
-
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

All certifications must remain valid for at least 30 days beyond the contract start date

Responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Directs and coordinates nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards

Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective care delivery and positive patient outcomes

Navy scrubs required

One major and one minor holiday coverage may be required

RTO requests must be less than one week in duration

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position

First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
