Maintain the appearance and upkeep of facility grounds, including mowing, trimming shrubs, mulching, weeding flowerbeds, planting seasonal flowers and shrubs, sweeping walkways, assisting with snow and ice removal, and removing trash as needed.
Maintain resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and offices by painting, repairing and replacing ceiling tiles, and repairing or replacing flooring as required.
Perform basic repairs to facility equipment and systems, including plumbing fixtures, pumps, engines, and motors.
Inspect, clean, and maintain individual heating and air conditioning units, including changing filters and performing minor repairs.
Inspect and maintain lighting fixtures, including changing bulbs, cleaning fixtures, installation, removal, relocation, and minor electrical repairs as needed.
Assist the Housekeeping Department with moving furniture and completing related tasks when requested.
