About Us
Race Result Americas helps power races of all shapes and sizes with industry-leading timing technology. From local fun runs to major endurance events, we make sure every bib, chip, and finish time is exactly where it needs to be—right on time. Behind the scenes, that takes a team that’s fast, flexible, and not afraid to jump in wherever needed.
The Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist who can keep things moving—literally. This role is at the heart of our day-to-day operations, making sure orders go out on time, equipment comes back safely, and everything in between runs smoothly.
You’ll be part logistics wizard, part problem solver, and part all-hands-on-deck teammate. One day you might be prepping shipments for a major race weekend, the next you’re testing hardware or helping a customer track down a last-minute delivery.
Ideally, you'll be available to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the opportunity for additional hours as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders with accuracy and speed
- Receive, inspect, process, and clean incoming shipments and returned equipment
- Track inventory and help maintain organized, efficient warehouse operations
- Perform basic hardware testing, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on timing equipment
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including carriers, tracking, and urgent deliveries
- Communicate with customers about order status, shipments, returns, and equipment issues
- Work closely with the support and sales teams to keep everything aligned
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a small team, and we all wear multiple hats
What You Bring
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, operations, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong attention to detail—you catch the small things before they become big problems
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively
- Comfort working with hardware (testing, troubleshooting, basic repairs)
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Clear and friendly communication, especially when helping customers
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in the event industry or with technical equipment
- Are familiar with shipping (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and CRM platforms
- Enjoy working with tools, electronics, or hardware systems
- Have seen the behind-the-scenes of a race and want to be part of it
Why You’ll Love It Here
- You’ll play a key role in making races happen—literally getting the gear there
- No two days are the same (especially during race season)
- Work with a tight-knit, supportive team that values initiative and ideas
- Opportunities to grow as the company continues to expand
- A mix of hands-on work, problem-solving, and real-world impact
How to Apply
Send us your resume and a quick note about why you’d be a great fit. If you’ve ever shipped something under pressure, fixed a piece of gear, or saved the day with a last-minute solution—we want to hear about it.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
