We are looking for a reliable, high-energy individual to join our team in a dual role as an Ophthalmic Technician / Receptionist.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the doctor's right hand, focusing heavily on clinical pre-testing and patient workups, alongside light administrative support. Your day-to-day will include:
- Clinical Pre-Testing: Operating specialized diagnostic equipment (auto-refractors, tonometer, retinal imaging, etc.) to prepare patients for their exams.
- Patient Workups: Gathering medical histories, documenting chief complaints, and testing visual acuity for patients of all age groups.
- Contact Lens Care: Assisting with contact lens insertions, removals, and patient education training.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assisting the front desk when needed by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking patients in/out.
Who You Are
- A People Person: You are genuinely personable, empathetic, and love interacting with patients ranging from young children to seniors.
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You take pride in clinical accuracy, showing up for your team every day, and managing patient flow efficiently.
- Quick to Learn: You enjoy working with technical equipment and excel in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Experienced (Preferred): Prior experience as an optical/ophthalmic technician or medical assistant is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidatewho possesses strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
