SUMMARY
As the Senior Logistics Manager, you will lead and optimize international and domestic transportation and logistics operations across the United States. This role will be responsible for managing carrier relationships, reducing freight costs, improving service levels, coordinating warehouse logistics between California and Texas, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.
The Senior Logistics Manager oversees various aspects of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation coordination, and supply chain optimization. The specialist ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while adhering to regulations and customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a global and nationwide network of trucking carriers, brokers, and logistics providers.
- Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service agreements.
- Analyze freight spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage FTL, LTL, dedicated, expedited, and intermodal transportation.
- Monitor carrier performance, transit times, freight claims, and service levels.
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and intercompany shipments between California and Texas warehouses.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to improve receiving, shipping, inventory transfers, and transportation planning.
- Analyze shipping lanes, freight costs, and distribution strategies to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Prepare freight performance reports and recommendations for management.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
