Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash handling processes efficiently, including processing payments and keeping accurate tabs.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, ensuring all beverage services run smoothly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing is essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and alcohol regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.
