Small but growing professional community manager in Flathead Valley seeks experienced bookkeeper or accountant to handle multiple accounting functions -- accounts payable, banking, annual and project budgets, financial statements -- for our clients. Combo of office and at-home work after training period in Kalispell; all equipment supplied.

Core job responsibilities
- Manage automated accounts payable: Oversee third-party coding, approval and payment of invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment to vendors
- Lead month-end and year-end close: Complete bank account reconciliations and generate key financial statements from industry-leading software
- Banking: Make online deposits and funds transfers
- Vendor management: Ensure vendor database is up to date with key contact, W9 and insurance information
- Annual filings: Coordinate with outside CPA to ensure timely filing of state/federal tax forms and file annual reports (online) with MT Secretary of State

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
