Responsibilities/Requirements
- Serving customers with a smile and genuine conversation.
- Delivering the best quality food in a fun fresh way.
- Committed to the highest cleaning standards.
- Adhering to recipes and procedures laid out by management.
- Coaching and mentoring all staff members.
- Delegate daily/weekly tasks to line level staff.
- Ensure training for new employees is taking place.
- Ensure all daily checklists are being completed.
- Experience in coaching, teaching, mentoring, or leadership
