About the Job
We prepare high-quality coffee beverages, tea, smoothies, take-away food items, and provide excellent customer service. Teamwork is essential in our fast-paced café environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing coffee beverages & espresso drinks
- Serving customers & answering questions
- Preparing and serving food items
- Operating a POS system
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Cleaning, restocking, and general café upkeep
- Opening/closing duties
- Cash-handling
- Prep work as needed
Requirements
- Good work ethic & self-motivation
- Ability to work well with others
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable & punctual
- Strong customer-service skills
- Ability to follow instructions, read recipes, and measure accurately
- Ability to stand and move quickly throughout 6–10 hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Experience preferred but not required — full training provided
- Must have a valid ID, Social Security Card or Passport
- Must be able to pass a background check
