Maintex, Inc., located in City of Industry, CA, is currently seeking a Dispatcher with 3-5 years of experience The Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring accurate, on‑time deliveries and an exceptional customer experience. You’ll coordinate and dispatch our internal fleet while working closely with customer service, sales, and operations. This role requires strong planning skills, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
- Daily outbound coordination — Maintain accurate package counts, paperwork, and load consistency for each driver
- Fleet communication — Partner with customer service on scheduling changes and delivery issues
- Vendor coordination — Arrange local pickups of raw materials and products
- Driver support — Assist with special orders, equipment needs, and incident reporting
- Fleet maintenance oversight — Ensure vehicles are in proper working condition and PM is completed on schedule
- Regulatory compliance — Support adherence to DOT requirements, hours of service, logs, hazmat rules, and documentation
- Recordkeeping — Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and driver qualification documentation
Work schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
