We areseeking a local motivated, self-driven individual to build relationships with physician practices throughout New York City's five boroughs.
This is a field-based position. The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling daily by car, public transportation, and on foot to visit medical practices, introduce our services, and develop long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit physician offices throughout NYC and surrounding areas
- Present and explain services to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with medical practices
- Develop and manage your own book of business
- Follow up with prospective practices and guide them through enrollment
- Represent ViaCare professionally in the field
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Experience calling on medical offices is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with physician practice quality programs, value-based care, and/or payer initiatives is a plus
- Existing relationships within the healthcare community are highly encouraged
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission
- Salary commensurate with experience
