Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Non-CDL Owner Operator OTR (Over-the-Road) Driver and experience the thrill of independent driving while delivering exceptional service across long-haul routes. Duties
- Safely operate box trucks, personal vehicles, or commercial trucks over long distances, ensuring timely deliveries across multiple locations
- Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices
- Manage route driving efficiently by planning optimal paths and adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
- Handle warehouse operations including inventory management, material handling, and coordination with warehouse staff to ensure smooth loading/unloading processes
- Use mobile devices to track deliveries, communicate with dispatchers, and update delivery statuses in real-time
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally during delivery drop-offs and pickups
- Maintain compliance with weight handling in the workplace and ensure safe lifting practices during all manual handling tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial driving, delivery driving, or courier services with a focus on manual transmission vehicles or box trucks
- Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety standards for heavy lifting and vehicle operation
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving items efficiently
- Valid driver’s license suitable for operating box trucks or personal vehicles; a <PERSON> driver certification is a plus
- Experience with route driving using mobile devices for navigation and communication
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during deliveries
- Physical ability to lift heavy items safely while following manual handling procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and material movement processes

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week
