Job Title: Part-Time Store Associate

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced retail associate to join our fast-paced, high-volume retail store. This position is intended for individuals who have prior experience working in busy retail environments and understand the expectations of professional retail operations.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must be comfortable with customer service, stocking, inventory handling, and physical store work including unloading shipments.
We are looking for dependable individuals who take their work seriously, show up on time, and can perform their duties efficiently without constant supervision.
Minimum Requirements (Mandatory):
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail experience (required)
- Experience working in high-volume retail environments strongly preferred
- Must be physically capable of lifting boxes and assisting with unloading shipments and pallets
- Must be comfortable with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining store operations
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute consistently
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends when scheduled

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, professional customer service
- Operate register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory at all times
- Assist with receiving shipments and unloading boxes and pallets
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Restock fast-moving products as needed
- Follow all operational procedures and instructions
- Assist with general store operations as required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry boxes regularly
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to assist with unloading shipments and stocking inventory
Work Expectations:
- Must show up on time for scheduled shifts
- Must be reliable and consistent
- Must maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers
- Must be able to handle fast-paced retail environment
- Must be willing to perform both customer-facing and physical tasks

Must be able to reliably commute to San Antonio, TX 78249.
