Monitors project performance by tracking cost, progress, and earned value to provide accurate status reporting.
Updates the schedule to include both pending and approved change orders.
Develops schedule fragments to illustrate how submittals and change orders impact project timelines.
Oversees coordination of site surveys and assists in establishing work zones as required.
Identifies constructability challenges and potential schedule impacts, ensuring they are appropriately represented.
Prepares baseline-versus-actual schedule comparisons and composes monthly progress narratives.
Maintains comprehensive CPM network documentation, offering clear insights into project progress and potential recovery actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
At least 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination, ideally within a construction or contracting setting.
Skilled in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools.
Solid knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and industry practices.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges efficiently.
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or other related credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
