Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise all bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage daily operations including shift scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and alcohol licensing regulations across all bar activities.
- Train staff on proper food handling, serving techniques, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor customer interactions to guarantee a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen management for seamless food production and catering or banquet events when applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management, or hospitality management roles with supervisory responsibilities.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety management practices, and dietary considerations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively .
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience with shift management, managing food production teams, and supervising catering or banquet events is preferred.
