As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience while supporting daily restaurant operations. You are responsible for preparing high-quality food, providing fast and friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Crew Members work in a fast-paced setting and are expected to perform with urgency, accuracy, and consistency while supporting team goals and store performance standards.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
Take and prepare orders accurately for in-store and carryout guests
Prepare food according to company recipes and quality standards
Maintain proper product levels, including Hot-N-Ready items
Ensure cleanliness of the lobby, kitchen, and all workstations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
Support team members and assist in multiple areas as needed
Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during all shifts
Support store goals related to sales, service times, and order accuracy
Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient operation
Follow all company procedures and manager direction
