Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional front desk service.
- Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone communication with excellent phone etiquette, offering accurate information and assistance.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and guest needs are met promptly.
- Assist with guest services including room changes, special requests, and providing local information to enhance their stay.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Support night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively.
- Use multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate with diverse guests, enhancing overall guest relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar hotel reservation systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address guest concerns proactively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette and client communication.
- Ability to work full-time hours flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices is desirable.
- Resort experience or night audit familiarity can be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
