Job Title: Administrative and Public Relations Executive
Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors with a friendly smile and learn their names to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process payments, credits, and exchanges if needed.
- Maintain neat, organized displays of brochures and product samples at the front counter.
- Keep the entryway, showroom floors and restrooms tidy through regular cleaning checks.
- Respond to customer questions about product specs, pricing, and availability in a knowledgeable manner.
- Assist customers with placing special orders or service requests when items are out of stock.
- Coordinate with warehouse to pull samples requested by sales staff for client meetings.
- Log all customer interactions, follow-ups needed, and any issues into the CRM daily.
- Answer basic questions from delivery drivers and sign for incoming inventory shipments.
- Prepare and send thank you cards within 24 hours of any showroom visit or local orders.
- Occasional inventory checks of sample products and brochures at the front counter.
- Attend weekly team meetings to stay informed on new products, promotions.
- Other duties as assigned to help ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Undertake other supportive tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Filing invoices for delivery, pick up, shipping or dropshipped products.
- Regular removal and tracking of the products sent from the store from the system.
- Arranging the follow-up of truck services.
- Regular tracking of USDOT documents.
- Performing office admin tasks.
- Adhere to the delivery schedule, make appointments with customers prior to product deliveries by proactively calling them, and coordinate the successful completion of deliveries.
- Mailing of bid documents
- Undertake other supportive tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge, welcome and assist local customers with product inquiries
- Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, offering assistance
- Engage with potential customers on the street, support the local presence of the company, and follow up with them by making calls
- Joining soft openings, trade shows, trainings, affiliate organizations, events representing the company and showing presence.
- Provide support for local marketing initiatives, such as sending product catalogs or conducting in-person visits to designated leads.
- Handle some customer service issues especially for local cases
- Send seasonal greeting cards or messages to customers as a gesture of goodwill and to maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Education at least High school level and 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Office, may be POS systems and CRMs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Multi-tasking and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal communication skills for public speaking engagements, presentations, and client interactions.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
