Job Summary

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest areas, service corridors, and back-of-house spaces. Your proactive approach will support our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and service areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Assist with replenishing supplies in guest rooms and public areas to support housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all corridors, stairwells, and service elevators are clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Support with furniture moving, trash removal, and deep cleaning projects as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Follow all safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hotels or hospitality settings preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
