Overview
BrandNexity Commerce Group is an Equestrian online retailer, offering products for horse enthusiasts. We are searching for reliable part-time warehouse team members to support our growing business!
Warehouse team members are responsible for fulfilling orders for customers. This position will require you to be on your feet and/or walk your entire shift. It may also include unloading tractor trailers using a manual pallet jack or fork lift, climbing step ladders or rolling ladders, and repetitively lifting 50 lbs.
Normal working hours are noted below, however, applicants should be available to work extended hours when needed (typically late November - mid-December), including some weekends in December.
Part-time team members work varying shifts Monday - Friday typically starting at 11:00 am and working until 5:00 pm (later hours may be needed during holiday season)
Duties
- Receive merchandise into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Visually sort items by color
- Distinguish between item numbers of multiple items both on products in a picking location and on pick lists
- Package items for shipment and apply postage to the packages
- Process returns from customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- May be assigned to use company car to do local product inventory pickups

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with willingness to drive company van to do local product pickups.
- One or more years of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in an eCommerce environment
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with all levels of company staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand instructions both written and verbally
- A positive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Computer skills:
- Must be comfortable typing when using computers and mobile devices
- Use of instant messaging software and email
- Use of WMS Systems (will be trained)
