The Bike Rental Technician is responsible for ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable biking experience by properly fitting equipment, maintaining rental bikes, and providing clear guidance on usage and options. This role combines technical bike knowledge with strong customer service, requiring a fast-paced, safety-focused approach. A key part of every employee's job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.

- Safely fit bikes, helmets, and other gear to customers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities with staff.
Due to the nature of the recreation industry, we are in operation seven days a week. This includes weekends and holidays and there is no guarantee of hours. Flexible working hours may be required based on the business levels.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous cash handling and guest service experience is required .
