About the Fast Track Program:
Are you a goal-driven leader with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams? Join New York Life’s Associate Partner Fast Track Program, a dynamic 12-month development opportunity that prepares you for a leadership role as an Associate Partner. You’ll start as a financial sales advisor, gaining valuable hands-on experience, and upon meeting program milestones, you’ll be promoted to Associate Partner—leading your own team of financial professionals.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for entrepreneurial, results-oriented individuals with a vision for their career and a strong desire to make an impact. Ideal candidates will bring:
- Leadership experience (including management or business ownership)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for building and leading teams
- The ability to simplify complex topics and educate others
- A drive to cultivate relationships and connect with others emotionally
You may qualify if you:
- Have completed an MBA in the last 24 months
- Have 1+ years of management experience
- Have earned $85,000 or more in the last 2 years
- Have experience as a business owner
In this role, you’ll quickly begin recruiting, training, and developing your own team. You’ll be supported by experienced development managers and product consultants who will provide guidance as you lead your team toward success.
Training and Development:
As you transition to Associate Partner, you’ll undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive as a leader in financial services. You’ll also have access to NYLIC University, one of the most respected and comprehensive training programs in the industry, designed to support you throughout your career.
Compensation & Benefits:
At New York Life, we value hard work and dedication. As an Associate Partner, your income potential is directly tied to the success of your team and recruiting efforts. On average, our recruiters earned $240,300 annually in 2020.
