A mission-driven behavioral health team in Northern Indiana is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient practice.

Position Highlights
- Base salary: $140,000 DOE
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekend call

Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Develop treatment plans and complete risk assessments
- Treat patients across the lifespan
- Pediatric experience or interest strongly preferred
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on quality, access, and patient-centered care
