The Company

The Position
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our products.
- Testing multiple platforms after the tools have completed the build process
- Work closely with production floor personnel, Software Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers to ensure modules within the tools are performing to specification.
- Skilled with troubleshooting electrical issues, experienced with PLC’s, communication protocols, read electrical schematics, read P&ID
- Troubleshoot through issues that are multifactorial, electrical, mechanical, and software.
- Present the tool to customers during customer source inspections
- Verify Safety features of tools are functioning correctly, including EMO and Interlocks.
- Teach a multi-axial robot to specific positions to allow for automated wafer handling.
- Test each of the independent modules on a tool to verify functionality
- Test the total functionality of a tool to make sure it meets the requirements
Qualifications
- 4 Years of Experience with Building and Testing Electromechanical Systems.
- Experience Testing and Troubleshooting PLC’s
- Communicate regularly with executive team on manufacturing/production build status
Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
