Job Summary
The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly production. This position involves supervising a small production staff, managing daily activities, and providing exceptional service. The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing production lines, ensuring operators are meeting quota, and actively problem-solving issues that may arise. Our 100,000sq ft facility is clean, well-lit and air conditioned.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Train new operators on processes and procedures
- Ensure production quotas are met
- Actively problem solve issues that may arise
- Be hands on: the ability to jump into an Operator or Hi-Lo role as needed
- Remain forward-thinking in next action steps to ensure efficiency
Skills
- Prior experience in Manufacturing
- Hi-Lo experience and the ability to drive a Hi-Lo
- Keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of productivity

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
