Job Overview
We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Office & Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This is not a traditional receptionist position. While assisting with incoming phone calls is part of the role, your primary responsibility will be creating an exceptional experience for our clients and helping maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional office environment. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient administrative workflows.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing excellent customer support at the front desk
- Manage client intake and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all client information and administrative records are up-to-date and confidential
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls as needed
- Prepare conference rooms before and after client meetings
- Offer clients coffee, water, or other refreshments
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked conference rooms, reception areas, kitchen, and coffee station
- Monitor office supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered
- Help maintain the professional appearance and daily operations of the office
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using calendar tools
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or client-facing office experience is required.
- Experience in a law firm or other professional office environment is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
Requirements
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a demonstrated history of employment stability.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism at all times.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
