We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined technician who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that keeps our customers working.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair rental equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment before and after each rental.
- Troubleshoot gasoline, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Load and unload equipment safely.
- Deliver and pick up rental equipment to customer job sites using company trucks and trailers.
- Demonstrate safe equipment operation to customers when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.
- Complete service records and equipment inspections.
- Work with the rental team to keep equipment ready for rent.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of mechanical experience preferred.
- Experience with construction or rental equipment is required.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, small engines, and electrical diagnostics.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work outdoors in Florida weather.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work independently.
