NewAge Refreshments is one of the fastest-growing refreshment service companies in Middle Tennessee, and we're looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Route Driver / Service Representative.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and building relationships with customers while helping a growing local business continue to expand.
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- Mileage if applicable
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
Schedule
We offer flexibility based on the right candidate's availability.
Our operating hours are Monday–Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Examples may include:
- 4–5 hours per day, Monday–Friday
- Longer shifts on fewer days
- Other schedules that fit within our operating hours
We're willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that works for both parties.
Responsibilities
- Pull and organize product from our warehouse
- Load product into our vehicle which you'll operate if available. If not, you'll need to have your own vehicle to transport product in which case you will be compesated for mileage at $0.50 cents per mile.
- Service vending, pantry, and refreshment locations throughout Middle Tennessee
- Restock products and maintain inventory levels
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate any customer concerns or inventory needs to management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Growth Opportunity
As NewAge Refreshments continues to grow, opportunities for additional hours and advancement may become available. We currently have company vehicles and may be able to provide access to one when available, with the long-term goal of transitioning this role into a company vehicle as our operation expands.
