Position Description
IAS Branding is hiring a Dedicated Account Manager to service a large global customer in the development, production, and fulfillment of branded merchandise and promotional products.
Job Description
Customer Service
- Act as main point of contact for customer stakeholders
- Delegate customer requests to appropriate internal team or individual to ensure customer inquiries and requests are handled accurately and quickly
Account Management and Tracking
- Maintain project tracking and status documents
- Lead status meetings with customers
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget or logistical constraints
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all are accountable to meeting pre-determined timelines for deliverables
Account Representative (Order Processing)
- Receive direct customer orders, ensuring all information is provided
- Communicate direct order details to customer service and fulfillment teams
Subject Matter Expert
- Make efforts to stay informed on customer's content and initiatives
- Provide recommendations to internal team and customers to stay ahead of time-sensitive initiatives like events and viral moments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a related position
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, presented with a high level of professionalism
- Must be deadline and detail orientated, have the ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and be able to work independently
- Candidate must have excellent computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and utilize sourcing platforms, vendor websites, and internal ERP system
- Experience with the Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) is a plus
Job Type: Full time
Compensation:
- $65,000 - $75,000 per year base salary
- Opportunity for bonuses based on individual and account performance
