Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our scratch and dent inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting the overall efficiency of our distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will have a the ability to learn our inventory management processes and the ability to analyze data effectively to support our sales staff and order fulfillment. This position includes maintaining displays at the store, loading orders for customers, and some store cleanup as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track accurate inventory locations and counts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales team to locate and confirm inventory.
- Assist in the coordination of order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within inventory management practices.
Experience
- No experience in required.
- Must be willing and able to learn our inventory management system.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as EXCEL or Google Sheets) to effectively communicate inventory insights is beneficial.
