We are hiring an Installer to install locks, shelving, mirrors, shower doors, and bath hardware in new homes.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE APPLICANT TO HAVE THEIR OWN TRUCK (or van with mirror rack) AND BE WILLING TO USE IT DAILY FOR WORK. Applicants without a truck suitable for transporting materials will not be considered.
Installers must also provide their own tools, including drill gun, batteries, levels, caulk gun, chop saw, hammer, and other basic installation tools.
Daily duties include:
- Reporting to the warehouse each morning to load materials
- Driving to multiple job-sites throughout the day
- Installing products to company quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
- Communicating with dispatch and customers as needed
Pay starts hourly during training, then transitions to piece-rate pay once the installer is comfortable working independently if so desired. Mileage reimbursement is provided when using your personal vehicle.
Requirements:
- Personal truck or work van required
- Personal installation tools required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
