Job Requirements/Specifications
- HS Diploma minimum
- Valid DL required with reliable transportation- no infractions on DL
- English speaking required with a great attitude. Position requires courteous and knowledgeable customer engagement.
- Clean cut and presentable
- Experience with trees, shrubs and flowers preferred including insect and disease issues and pruning techniques. Willing to train the right individual.
- Ability to trouble shoot mechanical issues that may arise on occasion
- Ability to work in all conditions including hot summer temps, some colder days and everything in between, including light rain when needed.
- 4-5 day a week position starting at 7:30 daily.
- $24-$28 per hour dependent on experience.
- Obtain NJ/PA Pesticide Operator’s License and eventually, Applicator’s License.
- Ability to work solo daily and with others on occasion.
- 4-5 day work week
- Education provided including 2 yearly Tree consortiums, all expenses paid.
