Signarama Wilmington is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping businesses increase their visibility through custom signage and graphics solutions, we'd like to hear from you.
About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with local companies, and provide signage solutions that help customers achieve their marketing and branding goals. This is a high-energy, customer-focused position with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and organizations throughout the Wilmington area
- Meet with prospective clients to assess signage needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
- Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through project completion
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
