We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and growth-oriented individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant.
This is not a typical receptionist position. This is not a position for someone looking for "just a job."

Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain schedule accuracy and patient retention systems
- Assist with clinical procedures and SoftWave therapy sessions
- Process financial transactions and patient agreements
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the patient visit
- Support practice growth initiatives and team goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working within established systems and procedures
- Demonstrated history of reliability and accountability
Compensation & Growth
