Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent guest relations throughout their visit
- Answer phone inquiries professionally, handle reservation requests, and provide accurate information about wait times and seating options
- Maintain organized waitlists and communicate effectively with guests regarding their wait status or table availability
- Support food safety protocols by adhering to cleanliness standards and proper handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of guests and uphold high standards of customer service
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
