Train Shift Leaders with Regular Follow-ups and Feedbacks

Implement Team Working Culture

Positively manage the short staffed situation and search for the cover

Waste Elimination by reviewing the food prep and baking sheet on a weekly basis

Regular deep cleaning service & calibration of operation equipments

Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with Dunkin' brand regulations.
