HVAC Service Technician
Position HIGHLIGHTS:

- Our dispatch is fantastic at scheduling the correct amount of service calls daily. Your hours will be consistent and shouldn't go beyond the normal work day hours.

- On-call rotation is once a month OR less, and known well in advance. On-call calls are TRUE emergencies. Our dispatch does a phenomenal job to book clients Monday through Friday. You will only be responding to true emergencies.
- We trust and value your troubleshooting skills!
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance — not installs and not sales pressure.
This is a true service position. You’ll work on troubleshooting and repairing heating and cooling systems while being supported by knowledgeable dispatch and management.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and system evaluations
- Communicate findings clearly with customers
- Complete service paperwork digitally

Requirements:
- HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license and favorable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Sheet Metal License, EPA and NATE certifications are a plus, but not required
