Grounds & Guest Services Team Member for beautiful Wilderness Campground in Montello, WI

Join our team and help keep our campground clean, welcoming, and fun for all our guests!
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our Grounds & Guest Services team at our RV campground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and taking pride in keeping things neat and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- May included mowing and weed whacking
- Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the campground
- Escort guests to their campsites with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Deliver firewood and ice to guest sites
- Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of campground facilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart or small utility vehicle
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays (Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends are our busiest days of the year at the campground)
- Must be able to comfortably lift at least 35lbs, move picnic tables, and empty trash cans
What we offer:
- End of season bonus equivalent of $1.00-$1.25/hr per each hour worked
- If you bring your own RV and want to workcamp, you'll get a free FHU site and free laundry (pay is $15/hr for workcampers - the listed pay rate on the post is for locals who are not using an RV site.)
**This position is for people who live local to the campground (less than 45 min drive) OR who want to live at the campground in their well-maintained RV. No car or tent camping allowed for employees.**
