We are seeking a Junior Publicist to support account management, client communication, and the day-to-day production of press and media campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a career in entertainment and talent PR, working directly alongside agency leadership on active client accounts.
The ideal candidate is organized, a strong writer, comfortable talking to clients and media contacts directly, and eager to learn the mechanics of running a press campaign from pitch to placement. This person will help keep multiple client accounts moving at once, so reliability and follow-through matter as much as creativity.

- Press and Media Campaign Production - Draft press releases, pitch emails, one-pagers, and media alerts under agency branding and style guidelines - Build and maintain media lists and outlet/reporter contacts by vertical - Pitch media outlets and follow up on outstanding pitches - Track coverage and compile clip reports and post-campaign summaries - Support production of livestream and event press materials, media schedules, and press credential requests
- Scheduling and Organization - Manage and update campaign calendars and client schedules - Coordinate interviews, press appearances, and media logistics for clients - Keep internal tracking systems (contact sheets, campaign trackers, deliverable checklists) current and accurate
- Daily Account and Agency Support - Monitor client and industry news and flag relevant opportunities or risks - Assist with social media monitoring and reporting on campaign performance - Support research on prospective clients, outlets, and media trends - Help prepare client-facing decks, pitch packages, and proposals - Provide general administrative support to agency executives as needed, including correspondence, scheduling assistance, and document prep
- Business Development - Identify and help source new client leads and business opportunities for the agency - Assist with outreach and initial conversations with prospective clients
Compensation
