Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Residential HVAC)
Location: Rome, GA 30161
Schedule: Full-time, In person

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional customer service, accurately schedule service calls, and help drive revenue through estimate follow-up and outbound campaigns.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and schedule residential HVAC service appointments
- Follow established scripts and ask appropriate questions to properly qualify service calls
- Make outbound calls for estimate follow-up and promotional campaigns
- Follow up with customers on open estimates and service opportunities
- Use ServiceTitan for scheduling, customer records, job tracking, and communication
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure customers receive timely service
- Maintain accurate appointment and customer information
- Provide professional, friendly, and helpful customer service
- Support the team with additional customer outreach during slower periods
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of CSR experience within a residential HVAC company required
- ServiceTitan experience required
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer calls
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Experience with estimate follow-up and promotional calling
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Ability to follow scripts and accurately gather customer information
- Sales experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to work full-time in person in Rome, GA
Compensation & Benefits
