Position Overview
The Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily valet and weekend garage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting parking staff. This role serves as a key liaison between management, tenants, employees, and guests while upholding company standards and expectations.
General Responsibilities

Maintain a minimum of 36+ on-site hours per week, including nights, weekends, holidays, valet operations, garage operations, and special event/pop-up tours.

Submit weekly valet schedules for management approval. Schedules are subject to change based on operational needs.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional outlook that aligns with the standards and values of Jamestown/NAP.

Hold yourself and team members accountable to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and coordinate valet schedules based on property needs and upcoming events.

Stay informed about tenant activities and communicate upcoming events as needed.

Communicate effectively and promptly with Parking Management regarding valet and garage operations, employee performance, events, guest concerns, and operational issues.

Participate in Levee and Jamestown meetings as required.
Garage Operations Responsibilities

Supervise and assist with weekend garage operations.

Monitor vehicle counts and direct guests to available parking spaces.

Observe and manage traffic flow throughout the garage.

Inspect parking equipment regularly and ensure all systems remain operational.

Provide assistance to garage guests and maintain a high level of customer service.

Address guest concerns and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Valet Operations Responsibilities

Supervise Valet operations.

Work scheduled valet shifts as needed.

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the valet circle.

Support valet attendants during peak traffic periods and special events.

Conduct regular uniform inspections and vehicle spot audits.

Ensure all team members deliver exceptional guest service and maintain company standards.

Promote a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and tenants.
