Overview
Votum Enterprises is a wholesale fashion accessories company specializing in home décor, stationery, bath & beauty, and gifts. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Executive Sales Assistant to join our New York City office.
This role is ideal for a junior-level professional with 2–3 years of experience supporting sales executives, particularly in coordinating client meetings within a New York showroom environment. The position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of fashion and design while collaborating across teams, solving problems, and contributing to multiple projects.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both short- and long-term priorities. They demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to develop processes and execute effectively against deadlines. This is a full-time, in-office position, five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in managing a range of accounts, including major department stores and specialty retailers
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with key clients as needed
- Enter and track sales orders and art requests with accuracy
- Identify sales-related issues, analyze root causes, and help implement effective solutions
- Prepare and complete customer quote sheets
- Develop marketing decks and presentations using PowerPoint
- Coordinate and manage sample flow with overseas factories
- Maintain and merchandise showroom displays to reflect current collections
- Escalate complex issues to management in a timely manner for resolution
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Production, and Creative teams
- Generate sales reports and provide updates to Account Executives as needed
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism, organization, and ethical business conduct
- May be required at times to work extended hours, particularly in meeting targeted deadlines.

Requirements for the Executive Sales Assistant:
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or assistant role
- Experience with the Envision system is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and other sales-related systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
