Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our manufacturing team! In this vital role of compounder, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting various aspects of our manufacturing processes. The Tria Batch Coordinator is full time compounder that is responsible for coordinating with Quality Control and R&D production of all trial batches for new products and material substitution. Accurately documenting standard and non-standard making procedures. Completes sampling for testing raw materials and batches Keeping the equipment and facility clean. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across our facilities. Responsibilities
Tria Batch Coordinator
Coordinate with Quality Control and R&D to produce all trial batches for new products or material substitution. Partners with Quality Control and R&D to maximize efficiency and quality for current PiSheet formulas and train compounders to standards. Has the ability to assist in the development of curriculum for Compounder University and teach new compounders the basics before they are assigned to mixers. Work with Maintenance and Engineering during equipment installation.
Prepare and Make Batches
Following established procedures accurately weigh raw materials and prepare and mix to supply the packaging department with product to meet production expectations. Fill containers, transfer to line or holding tanks. Accurately documenting standard and non-standard making procedures Transferring products to holding tanks
Inventory Efficiencies
Adhere to correct inventory controls, by means of using the correct amounts per batch sheet requirements. Required to meet designated productivity standards after adequate training. Will assist in inventory counts annually or as required by business needs.
Safety & House Keeping
Adheres and pays attention to all safety requirements and reports unsafe conditions. Maintains and verify cleanliness and housekeeping standards for all mixing areas and equipment.
Communication
Communicate equipment problems to Lead / Supervisor, providing information such as nature of the problem, equipment involved, frequency, etc. and of any mixing problems (irregular texture, color, smell, etc.).
Requirements
Forklift experience, sit down and stand-up lifts are a must. Must be able to run all equipment in Compounding Department. Participate in departmental improvement activities, safety audits, and team projects.
May be assigned to other duties as required.
Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
