Dealer Pros is a premier automotive dealership hospitality company providing valet, porter, vehicle logistics, and customer service solutions to automotive dealerships throughout the region. We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Service Loaner Coordinator to join our team full-time.
Position Overview
As a Service Loaner Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing dealership loaner vehicles, coordinating customer vehicle exchanges, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for service customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the check-in and check-out of service loaner vehicles
- Verify customer documentation and vehicle condition reports
- Maintain accurate loaner fleet records and schedules
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, customers, and dealership staff
- Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use
- Follow Dealer Pros valet and vehicle handling procedures (training provided)
- Assist with vehicle movement and dealership logistics as needed
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and maintaining records
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous dealership, valet, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits

- Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
