Community Outreach Assistant – Chiropractic Office
We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving Community Outreach Assistant to help grow our chiropractic practice and share our mission of better health with the community.

About the Role
You’ll be the friendly face and voice of our office out in the community. This is an in-person role that combines phone work, event coordination, and face-to-face relationship building with local businesses and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and leads to introduce our office and schedule appointments
- Set up, coordinate, and perform at community events (health talks, screenings, fairs, etc.)
- Visit local small businesses to introduce yourself, share what we do, and build relationships
- Follow up with businesses and contacts to schedule events and maintain partnerships
- Send out emails and basic follow-up communication to leads and community partners
- Represent the practice with professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm at all times

- Is comfortable making phone calls and talking to people in person
- Is organized, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments
- Has a positive attitude and a great personality that makes others feel at ease
Compensation
- Hourly pay $20-$21
- Performance-based bonuses tied to outreach results and event success
Schedule
- Part-time to full-time options may be available (we can discuss during the interview)
- Must be available for some evenings and/or weekends when events are scheduled
