In Home Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Salem and surrounding areas to help a client make progress toward their goals.
Job Duties and Clients' Support Needs
- Work 1-on-1 with the client on a consistent schedule at the client's home and in their community
- Full and Partial assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor client for safety
- Plan and organize daily tasks
- Provide support (including positive behavior supports) in accordance with a written service plan to help the client reach their goals
- Document services and report to supervisor weekly

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 6 months verifiable experience working or volunteering in a direct care setting
