Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Powder Coat Applicator to join our state-of-the-art production facility. This role is an integral part of our team, focusing on producing polished, top tier finishes for high-performance diesel truck components and custom metal fabrications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply powder coating to various metal components with a focus on consistency, quality, and a "beyond-customer-expectation" finish.
- Follow established processes for prepping, hanging, coating, and curing parts to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring every piece meets our high-performance standards before leaving the shop.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and a clean, organized workspace to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years powder coating experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand 8 hours per day.
- Frequently able to lift 25 lbs.
- Occasionally lift 50 lbs.
Basic mechanical knowledge and use of tools
Job Type: Full time, First shift M-F 7:30am to 4:00pm
Pay Scale: $24-$30 / hr.
