Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
Handle all phases of discovery, including document review, interrogatories, depositions, and ESI-related matters.
Advise clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation progress.
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances as required.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witnesses, and developing case strategy.
Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to manage caseload efficiently.
