Performance-Based 10-Hour Pay Guarantee
Drivers who consistently meet company safety and delivery performance standards are guaranteed 10 hours of pay for their scheduled shift — even if they complete their route early.
Efficient, reliable drivers earn full-day pay while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Schedule
- Up to 4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts
- 3 days off every week
- One weekend day required
- Consistent routes once assigned
Reliable attendance and strong time management are essential for success in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a company-provided cargo van
- Deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses
- Use handheld technology for routing and confirmations
- Complete 200–250+ stops per day
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Work independently and take ownership of your assigned route
This is an active, fast-paced role best suited for dependable drivers who deliver consistent results.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clean driving record
- Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
No CDL required. No prior delivery experience needed.
